Refund policy
You may return your online purchase for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All original tags and labels must be attached

Items must be returned with original packaging (e.g., shoeboxes, protective sleeves, product boxes)

Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, scent, or alteration

A valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or store receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or sale conditions:

Intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits)

Swimwear

Earrings

Face masks

Gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns issued as store credit, or an exchange for another item of equal value

If your order included a free gift and you are requesting a refund, the gift must also be returned. For exchanges or store credit, you may keep the gift
Footwear Returns

Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox

Shoeboxes must be placed inside a protective outer box and must not be taped or marked
