Refund policy

You may return your online purchase for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • Items must be returned with original packaging (e.g., shoeboxes, protective sleeves, product boxes)

  • Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, scent, or alteration

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or store receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or sale conditions:

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits)

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Face masks

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Approved returns issued as store credit, or an exchange for another item of equal value

  • If your order included a free gift and you are requesting a refund, the gift must also be returned. For exchanges or store credit, you may keep the gift

Footwear Returns

  • Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox

  • Shoeboxes must be placed inside a protective outer box and must not be taped or marked

How to Start a Return

  • Sign in to your VibeX Account to initiate a return or exchange request

  • Returns sent without a valid request will not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 1-3 business days after your return is received and inspected for your exchange, store credit, or refund to be processed
